We’re hiring a highly organized Executive Assistant to support senior leadership at a fast-growing technology company. This is a hands-on administrative role supporting executives in a scaling startup environment.

Location: Remote (NYC-based required)
Hours: 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM EST
What You’ll Do
- Manage complex executive calendars and scheduling
- Coordinate domestic & international travel
- Handle expenses and meeting logistics
- Prepare executives for meetings and priorities
- Support leadership offsites, events, and team coordination
- Act as a trusted gatekeeper and administrative partner
Required (Non-Negotiable)
- 5–10 years Executive Assistant experience
- Direct support to CEO or C-level executives
- Experience at a startup under 200 employees (candidates will not be considered without this)
- Comfortable in fast-paced, evolving environments
- Strong ownership of administrative responsibilities
Candidates without startup experience or primarily from large corporate, healthcare, or higher education environments will not be considered.
